My name is Steve Mason and I have been working with complementary therapies for over 10-years.

I specialise in treating and relieving muscular and joint pain using deep tissue massage techniques and advanced myofascial release, combined with or used separately to acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Acupuncture and massage can be used to treat a wide range of problems including: Back Pain, Neck and Shoulder Pain, Repetitive Strain Injuries (RSI), Sciatica, Wrist and Elbow Pain, Hip & Lower Back Pain, Frozen Shoulder, Fibromyalgia & ME, Insomnia, Stress and Tension, Fatigue and General Tiredness.

Gentle relaxation therapies such as hot stone massage, Swedish and full body massage are also available for those who simply wish to unwind and relax at the end of a busy day. I work from a professional clinic which is conveniently located in central Hove with appointments available Tuesday to Friday up to 9pm and on Saturdays until 7pm.

A Low Cost Acupuncture clinic is available every Thursday morning and Tuesday afternoon where you can receive treatment for just £20!
